Some of you have asked if there is a way to convert a Work Order back to an Estimate in Enterprise Pro.
The following is a work around to assist you with this:
Set the Appointment Date for a Date in the Past and change the Status to No Show.
This will move it from Work In Progress to No Shows. From there you can run repots based on the No Shows for follow up.
