Time Clock - Efficiency & Productivity explained

Post by M1EnterpriseTech »

The following is how Efficiency, Productivity, and Proficiency is defined in the system in regards to the Time Clock

Efficiency:

Hours Billed Out of the Job or Work Order divided by the Applied Hours of the Job or Work Order.

Note: If the tech is not logging into the work order or the job … then it cannot be calculated.

Productivity:

Hours Applied for a Period of Time divided by Hours Available (Attendance) for the same Period of Time.

Note: If the tech is not logging to applied time or attendance then Productivity cannot be calculated.

Proficiency:
Hours Billed Out for a Period of Time divided by the Hours Available for the same Period of Time.

Note: If the tech is not logging to attendance then Proficiency cannot be calculated. (it could be if they are manually tracking attendance hours)
