Here are a couple of options to track Technician Come Backs:
1 - In the Service Package header of the comeback job ... edit and add a unique lettering sequence ... like (CB) Brake Pad Replace ... and as long as you run a Service Package sales report looking for (CB) you will see the activity.
or.....
2 - Create a Service package called Warranty ... put the comeback Service Package on at full price ... then put the Comeback Service Package on with the Total Comeback Discount and you ran run a Service Package report on Warranty.
