Text Messaging Feature

SMS two Way Text Messaging feature available now in Enterprise Pro so you can send text messages to your customers to communicate

the different stages of their vehicles service or repair ( i.e. Diagnosis Complete, Vehicle Ready, or Need to keep vehicle, etc...) from the work order.


You will need to notify Enterprise Support by phone at 888-724-6742 ext 4120 or by email at enterprise@mitchell1.com to turn the feature on. (Required)


Meanwhile you will need to create an account with SWIFT SMS GATEWAY at http://www.swiftsmsgateway.com

NOTE: You will need to purchase "Text Message Credits" from Swift SMS Gateway to be able to text messages.. You will also need to enter an API Authorization Key you obtain from Swift

after logging into your account and selecting the API tab | Copy and paste the API Key into Enterprise Pro as follows:


•Go to Setup from the home ribbon

•Select Text Messaging from the left panel

Account Settings

•Paste the API Authorization Key in the Account Key field

•Check box next to Enabled

•Select Text Templates from the left panel

•Click Add on the ribbon

•Create your texting templates (Note: You may want to check with Swift SMS Gateway to verify if there are any limitations in the amount of characters you may have in your texts.)
