For shop's who own their own Domain ( example; ABCSHOP.COM) there is a simple method created to update the SPF Record
to allow these emails hosted on their domain to send and receive in Enterprise Pro.
Please provide the following instructions below to the shop's Domain Host Provider:
Please add "include:spf.protractor.com" ( without the quotes) in their SRF Record for everything to work in Enterprise Pro (SMS).
