I like to document things. Maybe to much. That includes things like a customer just came in, we scanned his CEL quick, I documented the code and gave him a copy. He will be in next week to "dig deeper". But every time I do this the customer gets a thank you text. That's not a big deal over all. But just wondering if there is a way to make it stop that I missed.

You have to remove them from crm .

I was hoping that wasn't the case. Thinking you are 100% correct.

What I do in these cases is leave the RO open. Document all you want but don't close it if they are coming back.

I have tried this in the past. But It seems when I do it they don't come back for some reason. I will just keep doing it. No one has complained about it. For me the documentation is more important than the inconvenience of sending an unneeded text.
