Ent: Contacts and/or Service items controlled by Enterprise

The following applies to any Contact and/or Service Items in the Enterprise:
If the owner location of Contact/Service Item deletes a Contact/Service Item , then the Contact/Service Item will be set to be deleted on the Enterprise Server.
It will not be deleted on any other locations that might have the Contact/Service Item.
Note: This occurs when Contact/Service Item has had work estimated or performed at more that one location.
However, if a location other than the owner location deletes a Contact/Service Item, then the Contact/Service Item will be deleted at that location only thus having
no other impact throughout the Enterprise.
