Can I message people in different departments at my shop using the messaging feature?

Yes! Messaging isn't just for multi locations with Inventory Transfers module activated.

Single location shops can benefit by using messaging internally.

To setup Messaging: ( Note: Module must be activated by programmer first!)

• Go to Setup from the Home Ribbon | Type "Network" ( minus quotes) in the search box

• Select Settings | Click Add from ribbon to create Message Groups or add Individuals. [/b]

To send messages:

• Click on the Messaging module from the home ribbon | Select "Start a new conversation " ( located top left of messaging window)

• Select Message Recipient from drop down menu (bottom left corner of messaging window) | Type Message | Click Blue Arrow to Send

Note: You will see a bright visual notification on the Messaging module icon on the home ribbon and the total number of messages in a small window
in the bottom right corner with program open
