Why can't I see Service Advisor name to select from list?

When you are on a work order/invoice you are required to select a Technician or Service Advisor from the right panel in a work order or before you can post and invoice.

If you do not see your Technician or Service Advisor's name in the drop down list it is because you have not entered them in the employee setup.
  • To do this go to Setup from the Home Ribbon
  • Type "employees" ( Minus quotes) in the search box
  • Select employees from the left panel
  • Click Add from the ribbon
  • Enter employee's name, and other fields. (optional)
  • Click Next
  • This is where you can add the user as a Technician , a Service Advisor or both.
Once this step has been completed the Service Advisor and/or Technician will appear on the list to be selected where applicable.
