If you do not see your Technician or Service Advisor's name in the drop down list it is because you have not entered them in the employee setup.
- To do this go to Setup from the Home Ribbon
- Type "employees" ( Minus quotes) in the search box
- Select employees from the left panel
- Click Add from the ribbon
- Enter employee's name, and other fields. (optional)
- Click Next
- This is where you can add the user as a Technician , a Service Advisor or both.
