Setup an alternate amt or limit amt for Shop Supplies

The attach document is step by step instructions to create an alternate shop supply rate or to set a limit to charge for shop supplies for a specific Contact.
Note: If you are using the document to create an Other Charge to set a limit to charge for Shop Supplies for a specific Contact you will need to include
one additional step. In the Other Charge dialogue, click on the Advanced Tab and check the box next to Maximum Per Invoice and enter the max dollar amount to charge.
