Can't update ProDemand/Truck credentials in Enterprise Pro?

Note:This is regarding the settings for current ProDemand / Truck Series subscribers in Manager Enterprise Pro.
Go to Setup from the Home Ribbon | Select Catalog Settings from the left panel | This is where you will notice that the option to
update/enter Username and/or Password in the ProDemand / ShopKey Pro is greyed out. (See below)
For security purposes, Enterprise Pro subscribers will now need to contact Mitchell1 Enterprise Support to make any changes to the
existing ProDemand / Truck Series login credentials in Enterprise Pro.
