Total Clocked vs Total Invoiced - don't match - why?

Why don't the Total Clock and Total Invoiced match when on a Work Order under the Labor Hour tab at the bottom?

Because the Total Clocked is time that is tracked using the time clock and the invoiced hours is the time customer will be billed.

They should not always match , otherwise your techs would show 100% efficiency on every job.
