Prioritization Colors
Blue color is for the job selected/ highlighted
Yellow is scheduled appointment
Green is completed or on hold
White means the job is in progress and will be completed by promised time
Orange means in progress and will not be completed by promised time
Red means not going to be completed by promised time and not by the end of day
Hours Available = Technicians X Hours Available
Active Work = Total of Duration Column
