TIP: Handling Notes? Revisions

Post by Rich »

Ok, here is a question that will make you wonder what I smoked/drank for lunch.

I tend to make some serious notes at times (carry over from medical documentation) on RO's. I have to go through each line, one by one, to be sure it is marked to not print on the invoice. What I enter is nothing the customer really needs to see. Is there a way to mark a RO to default to not print notes?

I know..that makes no sense dude! And i may be the only one to ever use it. But I'd be bummed to find out it is possible and not have figured out how.

I use this also, it would be nice to also set it to default.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

I really did read ALL of those notes!! LOL!!

I don't think there is a global option to turn off all notes on a specific order. Imagine the havoc when someone enables that by accident. Yikes.

Would it make sense to just do it all on one or two notes; have a line for each entry? That might make your job of making sure they're not set to print a little easier.

One or two notes would be an option...however, "gremlins" here tend to only read what can be seen on the monitor and not open to Labor/notes to read what can not be seen.

Raising this from the dead, but I'll tell you a workaround I do. On the revision's tab, I label one of the sub's Notes and write them there, moving them back and forth from the Order tab as needed.
