TIP: Mailing List

Does anyone know how to generate a mailing list for holiday cards? I went into reports and couldn't find what I want.

I just want to be able to go into reports and generate a list. I am not that computer saavy

Which customers are getting cards? All of them?

We were thinking about going back one year, and sending out a small token gift to all of our customers. Thank you for all of your input it was very much appreciated. We thought of the religous thing to so we are looking at those bags that are getting popular for shopping. They are neutral as far as gender and religion.

It's easy to create a list of customers who've been in within the last year.

Go to Reports>FollowUp
Select any FL report
Select the History Tab and enter your date range
as for filters....
Select For Cust
Select by Customer for specified date range
Vehicle Make= All
Zip= All
Mileage Since= 0
Then click search

This will give you a list of customers that have visited your shop during the date range. You can now Print the results. Select Labels. Use labels if you want labels, or put in plain paper if you are hand writing the envelopes. Print.

There you have it.

Thank you so much this is just what I needed. I just wish I could print without vehicle info on it.
