I was showing the owner how this works as far as clocking in/out and it recording the time. Is there a way to reset a given item so it looks like the tech never clocked in?
Example: If a tech accidentally clocked in on a wrong vehicle then hit completed. How would you undo that as an owner?

The quickest way to do this currently is on the Manager side. Open the order, then copy the line item that was erroneously logged. Paste it right back into the order and delete the original.
