2003 Pont GP - Intermittent Blower Motor - FIXED

Post by Holly »

UPDATE.....Did lots of research on internet and found lots of other people with the same problem. Recommended replacing IGNITION SWITCH....Replaced it and it FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!

Intermittent blower motor working - Can hear the resistor click, but won't always work. Replaced resistor twice and controller head. As long as it is on high speed, it will work on high. If you turn it down, it shuts completely off. Won't even go back on high. It intermittently will come back on but only high speed. Manual A/C not automatic.

Wiring diagram shows a blower relay. Have had these cause a high blower only operation. Sorry, I did not check a locate chart for location.

defiantly sounds like a bad plug or ground. you didn't mention blower motor. check amp draw as well as plug at motor.
never argue with a fool, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
