Have been pulling out my hair trying to find a headlight motor for a 1986 Pontiac Fiero Headlight Motor - Driver's Side.
Any ideas?

Check here: http://car-part.com
I see quite a few in the $65-$75 range. You can filter by zip code if you need to; all usually ship nationwide.

We have a customer who is keeping one of those alive. Last time we needed a headlight motor we bought it from The Fiero Store. Those motors aren't cheap, either.DARRAH wrote:Have been pulling out my hair trying to find a headlight motor for a 1986 Pontiac Fiero Headlight Motor - Driver's Side.

NP. We went through the same problems with parts for that beast. The Fiero Store came through on more than one occasion. I just hope he sold it over the winter or we'll be needed them again.

ARRRRGGGGG. low clutch pedals, cracked egr bases, wiring harnesses, man do i miss them. unbalanced sub frames swinging down at you because some idiot found it to difficult to put some on the bolts back on. frozen shift cables, and shifter supports snapping off the body mount. rattles and the biggie, at least in my shop, the type of people that owned them. woah, man talk about pains in the butts. some thought they had the sports car of the future and a collectors item. the only thing that they should be collected for is golf ball retrievers or targets for artillery practice. i still have wrenches that i made to work on these death traps. one customer had a sport version with a V6. it would really move but above 60 it felt like an old willy's jeep hauling a trailer at 50 mph during high winds.............................
never argue with a fool, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
