2009 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L came in cause had no power steering, was the Power Steering Return Line so we replaced it and fixed that problem, went to start the van and now we have NO RADIO its like there is now power there, Fuses all look good -- Not sure were to go next little confused as to what may have happened

If you had the battery disconnected for your repair, that may have caused this symptom. I've seen radios that never came back to life after a lengthy power cycle.

First step is check powers and grounds right at the back of the radio. Good there....bad radio.

Would check and make sure you have power and ground at the radio.
