2006 Dodge Charger - 3.5L SES Lamp Misfire

We have a 2006 Charger here that the ses light comes on from time to time and will set a misfire code. When i go in and look at misfires find the cyls 2,4,6 are missing. It has a 3.5L in it. I have checked the cats plugs and all the easy stuff. Been to dealer and they cannot find out....

There is a TSB for this. #18-016-06. Involves reprogramming the PCM.
The earlier engines had problems with the valve keepers, causing the valve not to spin. That that may have been rectified in production already.

check the seal on the egr tube seal.
