1999 Escort:Engine Cover Plate FOUND

Any suggestions on how to go about finding a rear engine cover plate for a 1999 Ford Escort with a 2.0?
I can't believe how difficult this has been to find, and I don't know where else to look. We've exhausted efforts in contacting more than a dozen area salvage yards, even searched Ebay, and called Tranny shops....
The dealer has it discontinued, but listed it as F7CZ7007BB.
I apologize in advance if this posting is not appropriate for the forum, I am running our of ideas.

In one of the other threads somewhere I found a link to http://www.partsvoice.com and they are a OEM parts locator that doesn't cost to join or use. Hope this helps you out.
