HELLO,

PLEASE I NEED TO KNOW IF A LEAK IN THE EXHAUST SYSTEM (FLEX PIPE) CAN AFFECT THIS CODE P0401 FOR LOW EGR FLOW.

If you are talking about the pipe for the EGR valve, yes it can. The sensors are also very failure prone.

a mass air flow sensor can cause this as well.
