Shopkey vs Mitchell re: CRM

Help!! I'm in the process of updating to the latest Managmer Plus and the I'm being told the only difference between the two is the Snap-on product in Canada does not come with the CRM module? Is this true?

To be precise, current versions of both channel products are CRM compatible. CRM is an optional service and a Canadian version has just become available in the past couple weeks. It is being offered through the Mitchell 1 channel at this time.
