Microsoft is planning to unveil Windows 7.0 on October 22nd, 2009. There will be Home Premium, Professional and Ultimate versions, are you game or will you wait and see? Please tell us what you're thinking.

Have the beta version on one computer. I like it. Right now it has a problem with the wiring diagrams. Other then that seems to play nice with Shopkey.

I'd strongly encourage Vista users to take advantage of any upgrade offers they might have. I've been using the RC now for several months and so far, it's everything Vista was supposed to be.

Please note however, this is not an official Mitchell1 recommendation, just my personal experience.

Not unless I have to, if it ain't broke don't fix it; and that most certainly goes for a Microsoft product.

I think the new Mac commercial sums it up, going all the way back to windows two and the pc guy saying how this new system will not have any of the problems of the previous system,,,,,,, Just seems to be a way of life for microsoft to keep comming up with new and better ways to screw up things.

Been using Windows 7 RC since it came out, along with Firefox and the IE plugin and have had no problems. Have had no regrets leaving XP behind. Just my 2 cents worth.

When it work at home on $1,200 of photograpy software I'll do it. As for at work, we'll do it when the boss says we will.

Since Macs are using Intel processors now and can have Windows installed natively on a partition, it just might work. :o
