2007 BMW 530I - Brake Light On

Brake light on dash is illuminated and replace front brake pads message is showing. Front pads and sensors were replaced, but cannot get the light and message to reset.
Help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks. We had already tried to reset. We had a defective sensor wire that wouldn't it to reset.

Glad to see some activity from other members. Glad to see it was resolved quickly. Not glad to see it was a defective part. Don't know about other shops but I'm starting to loose that good old feeling about OEM. I'm opening boxes from dealerships and finding already used parts, broken and incorrect parts and even what seems to be the parts that was replaced inside the box. I had one dealer claim it was us that did it and we were trying to scam them. Anyway if you haven't read a lot of my postings I'm a bit long winded.
