2002 Subaru WRX - DCCD Help?

Post by Rich »

Bought me a 2002 Subi WRX sti. Car is equipped with DCCD, (Driver's Control Center Differential) or should I say has the switches to activate and adjust the DCCD. This is a feature I can see me wanting. (can't drift with out it!) Looking in M1 I find zero information on it. I'm not sure it works in the car, i have not driven it yet as I have a coil to replace, and being a Subi it needs cats. But once she is up and running I'd like to be able to get the DCCD functioning. Anyone have any info or leads on where I can go?

HI Rich,

Got that VIN over to our wrenches. They looked up the vehicle in the manufacturers website and Subaru did not publish this content in for the 2002 model; however, we do have all the DCCD info available for the 2004. Hope this helps!

Thanks guys! I will get the car up and going, then dig into it. It is much more info that I had.

Ric, I had to laugh at this...

"Always use the utmost care when driving."

How does one drive back roads like he is in rally car and use "utmost care"?
