Replaced Multifunction SW. had battery terminals off.
Currently side marker light and Break lights, are flashing. can not turn them off.
seems like the anti theft module, but car will start.
Also the check engine light is flashing really fast.

First thing I'd check is the switch. Could it be the wrong one? Would want to make sure.

Any codes in PCM?

There is a push button just under edge of dash against left kick panel. Press and hold this button for a few seconds and all will be right with the world. Took me a long time to disover this the first time.
