It has a rough idle feels like more of a vibration i had four misfire codes mass airflow sensor code. all cylinders seem to be firing. seems to run a little smoother on a load.

If the crank pulley is wobbling would that cause the engine to seem like its running rough?

if i grabbed you by the shoulders and shook you. would your eyes wiggle in their sockets...... yes a bad "balancer" would cause what you're experiencing. it's funny, the "first" of anything always makes us second guess. i'm guilty of that. my lead tech will alway's say, when he sees me perplexed, "how much more time are you going to waste before you replace the part that you already know is the problem".

That is the BIGGEST problem i have with life never having confidence in my first instinct! Thank you for your help. God Bless!!!!!
