I really dont want to go through what happened last time, I honestly am going to start looking at new systems because this is craziness. Once is acceptable but a second time, no. There should be back up servers and plan b's in effect immediately when the system goes down. I'm trying to run a business and I cannot function without the tools.

Completely understand. This ProDemand / ShopKeyPro product outage due to a specific file server error. We expect to restore service shortly.

We have co-location setup (San Diego + San Jose) in place. Thank you and apologies for this service interruption.

Still out, any idea of when it will be back up? Hard to run a service desk, if the software isn't cooperating.

Mine did not work for about an hour. I have 2 sources I use for repair info so it had no effect. Even the last time.

Always have a back up plan since no service, NO SERVICE is infallible. I'm not going to quit using electricity if the power goes out. I have a generator. I don't quit using computers if I lose some data. I have a strategy, a contingency for that.

And thank you M1 for getting us back so quickly.

Excellent! Folks, there is some great advice. Guys! Let's be realistic about the issues of life and business.

I don't stop eating just because my favorite food is missing on the shelf at times. Come on. Let's get real.

Reminds me of a speaker many years ago. Back in 1966, he said that we live in a go-go age. An age of instant things. Said we should slow down and breathe deep, then engage the mind before we engage the mouth.

Thanks MOD for a great product and a support team. Not perfect (no one is) but great!!
