Double Tray Printer

John we met in Nashville and you told me that you have a 2 tray printer I have tried a couple that tech line could not get to work. What printer did you get to work with SE?

You have to configure the two trays during printer installation and then you will have choices to use within Manager.

We're currently working on multi-tray support. A wider variety of printers should be useable with the next update release (Q1 2015).

Hi John, John from Mitchell. I did get you message and tried to call you back a couple of time, even this morning, but you must be as busy as I. There is a defect in the way the software handle a printer with trays, it is now being fixed and an update for that will be forthcoming in a few week.

In the meantime, I simply print to screen. Then click print. Once there, I have the ability to choose the tray manually by clicking on the Properties button. A few more clicks, granted, but it gets you there now.

You will see a popup window in Manager SE to accept or postpone the available update.

Tim John I have the up date "6.5.54" will this do a 2 tray printer if so what printer do you recommend?

Yes, multi-tray printers are recognized as part of the SE 6.5.54 update.

We do not have specific model recommendations; most any name brand unit should suffice in regards to this parameter.
