YTD Sales By Year For Customers History

Right now as it stand's we can't pull a customer and check their year to date sale's for 2014 and further back by individual year. We should be able to do that by typing in customer number and entering year we want to see customer sales for that year. We can type in monthly sales and yearly sales but not individual customer's. This could be added under accounting by sales summary by customer # and year. Thanks; Barry M.

I just pulled up customer list by vehicle. It uses the customers number. It is date ranged and has totals spent. Maybe this would work for you? Or you could use customer and vehicle summary. Little more detailed report. HTH,Jeff.

thanks Jeff, very helpful, but this is a fleet account I need information for and don't want to print 92 pages as this fleet account averages 357 visits a year and would like to see it in about 5 to 10 pages at most.

There are a really good reports that i use all the time with Bolt On- Report Pro called Customer Spending & Visits, & Customer Spending by last visit. You can pull up a date range on both.
