Assigning Tech?
do you have to assign the tech in the appointment to be able to apply to tech calendar? We assign techs to repair order but that does not seem to automatically put their name on the appointment. Is there an easier way?

Our next major update will synchronize the technician between the Order and Appointment. For now you might find it easiest to work in Technician view and drag the appointment after creation to the appropriate tech.
