PM Checklist

Post by mjbrothers »

It would be great if Mitchell was able to integrate a Preventative maintenance checklist with the management system. Make it customizable since many of us provide different services and vary by state. This would help us cut down on costs by having a manual pm that already has all of the vehicle information and customer concern on it. It should be able to be access via tech worksheet. Please give me some feedback.
Thanks

With Mobile Manager Pro from Bolt-on, you CAN integrate inspection checklists as you describe. They use tablets for a wireless experience. Very cool stuff.

You don't need to go that route if you like worksheets and clipboards. I've made dozens of inspection checklists using Manager alone. You can create checklists using a labor item. It's very simple. Here are some examples of how to enter a list in Manager and how it looks on a tech worksheet.

Dan,

You don't need Bolt On to make checklists. You can do that within Manager like I outlined above. Bolt On takes it to a higher level, much higher.

The examples I provided are not from Bolt On. I did those in a labor window in Manager.
