Find Customer by Name

When starting a new order, Prospect is unable to find a customer by typing the full name. For instance, I can find myself by typing Richard or Morin, but not both. If I type Richard only, I have hundreds of Richards to sort through to find Morin. Any consideration of using the full name for search?
