CQ Catalog Error?

CQ Catalog Error?

I have been getting a strange warning a few times lately. I have to get into the vehicle screen, "cut" the VIN, change something about the car, "paste" the VIN back in, re-decode and it seems to works again. Happened twice today and 3 times yesterday. Wondering do i panic and call TS? if so do I call Mitchell or CQ??

From support:

"Yeah, have them call support when the error happens and to not do anything. It might be vehicle detail not matching what CARQUEST has on their end."
