Outlook set up as default email client on Windows 10.
Followed sparse guidance in How to on site.
We can not send email. Still.
Can someone suggest what to do?
How do we get the email feature working on Mitchell 1 Teamworks SE?
Please advise how to get email working.....

Technically that's all you need to do. What occurs when you try to email something? Error messages?

We are also having issues with Outlook, but only on one of our 3 computers. Unfortunately, it is the computer we use most often to email invoices and it is very inconvenient. I called Mitchell1 IT support and they suggest we use Thunderbird instead of Outlook. However, setting up another email client (with no customer service support) for one computer not working seems like an odd solution.
Any news on what might be happening?

Re: Please advise how to get email working.....
Outlook is our default email client as well. We spent quite a bit of time and effort trying to get it working since, the last I checked, was a supported email client. Long story short, we were unable to get it working. We finally punted and installed Thunderbird and we were up and running in a few minutes. The downside to Thunderbird w/ShopKey Manager is once you perform the email task from within ShopKey you have to close Thunderbird. If you leave Thunderbird open you it crashes ShopKey Management (I believe when you try to print).
