Nexpart is having some issues this morning. You can transfer parts into Mitchel but can not order once transferred. You can order from within Nexpart.

We have been using NexPart for some toime now and it is not uncommon to have some inconsistency of operation. Gets frustrating but I remind myself that it's only a man made program and will fail at times. So, we make the best of it.
Having said that, it is a good program and we like how it saves time in parts ordering.

Deepest apologies for not checking this more frequently, I'm still new to the some of the tools to check regularly.
Would you be willing, can you provide more insight into your experience surrounding what you are seeing with the "inconsistency of operation"? We definitely do not want you to be frustrated and would very much like to learn more about what you are experiencing when you see this.
What exactly were you seeing when it appeared to be "down"?
Nexpart infrastructure reporting didn't record any service impacting events near the time when you posted this, so i would really love to learn more about what you were seeing.
Can you provide any additional info? Or possibly how frequently you might see inconsistencies?
