WIP Deposits?
How do I find out my total deposits on work in progress orders?

open the order (order tab), click on the options button (lower right) Click Apply Payments button, then History button

Export to Excel may be the best way to accomplish this if it's going to be a repeat query you want to know on a regular basis. (we have documentation for Manager 5.9 or SE)

Welcome to the Forum certified car care.
Another option is simply click on the Customer tab and take a peek at the Payment Status window at the upper right. The Credit field should show the total, unless that customer has mulstiple open orders with payments on more than one order, which is highly unlikely.

This could be very simple if your WIP is relatively uncluttered. Try running your WIP (under the Management tab) and your Cash Receipts on Deposit (Accounting) and cross-referencing those. Should be to generate a total from there.
