Missing Vendors

Post by KERNERS »

On certain terminals I am unable to select a vendor from the Select Catalog Availability, Catalog Selector because that vendor is not listed. For example AutoValue is an opition on some but not on all. 6.4.544

There are a number of catalogs developed by vendors that are not part of the base Manager SE program. The aforementioned AutoValue catalogs are examples of those. Try here http://m1faqs.com/fix/SE/catalogs/ or contact the vendor for the download site for the latest catalog version.

From the home screen, not the WIP, click on Configurations --> Special Maintenance --> Toggle Catalog Availability.
I don't think these are global settings; I believe they are machine settings.
