Not every vehicle, but a good percentage, from M1 when I select Repair Information and log in, it brings me to the correct vehicle and the asks for engine size.
At that point I copy and paste the vin# from the vehicle page and it correctly ID's the vehicle.
Other car ID correctly upon selecting Repair Information.

Re: ProDemand from Mitchell1
If you could provide some specific vehicles, we could try to duplicate this out here. I'm sure the ones that have already occured have long left your memory. Better to start fresh.

Here are 3 vehicles that are decoded in SE 6.4.608 that don't decode in ProDemand unless I copy and paste the vin from M1.
Thank you!!

All of these decode in ProDemand for me. I use Chrome for PD but I doubt that's any difference.

Re: ProDemand from Mitchell1
If I enter the vin, while in ProDemand they work just fine.
If you make an estimate in M1 and then click repair information, which then opens ProDemand is when I have the problem.
I have to at least enter engine size before it will continue.

Re: ProDemand from Mitchell1
I think what you are missing is that manager SE is passing YMM to ProDemand right now and not VIN.

Re: ProDemand from Mitchell1
What does the screen say at the top next to the satellite dish upper rt corner? I guessing it does not match the car on order you are currently in. This happens to me all the time. Old version and on the latest update also. Maybe I have an issue also. What I did do to correct it I have changed something on the Vehicle Tab like the transmission was blank and I know what trans it had so I told it what trans. It asked are you changing the vehicle information ? Click Yes !! Then the YMM at the top rt corner is correct. Kind of strange but it happened to me last week. Hope this helps!

Re: ProDemand from Mitchell1
This was posted under Manager SE as it is more about updating SE than changing anything in ProDemand:
Please confirm you are at least SE 6.4.608. Then.....
1. Exit your Manager SE
2. Go to m1files.com for SE: http://www.m1faqs.com/fix/SE/index.htm
3. Locate item #2 [Manager SE quick update to 6.4.612] and click on it to Run it (only takes a minute or less)
4. Restart Manager SE and it will display 6.4.612
Repeat this for all SE workstations.
