R.O. Double Sided Printing?

We just recently upgraded to 6.4 and have a Samsung ml-2525w printer for EST and R.O. printing. The problem we are having is when you print an R.O., it wants to print double sided. Est. prints normally as do invoices.

Any suggestions of what to look for?

We have been trying to figure this one out for a while... would you try an experiment, temporarily set the system 'Configuration - Report/Printers' use an Invoice template for ROs, open an RO that you know printed on both sides and see if the same behavior occurs with a change in templates…

We have been experiencing the same thing on our Brother 5370DW laser printer. I discovered that if you check the "default print to screen" box, the printer handles the paper normally. If that box is unchecked, then the printer pushes out a blank sheet, pulls it back in again, and then prints the invoice. Maybe this info will help with your troubleshooting.

Ran into the same issue with an HP. Just go into the printer options/settings and uncheck (if you can find it) the manual double side print option. Let us know if that worked.
