Duplex Printer Prints On Wrong Side Of Paper

I have a Brother HL4150 color duplex laser printer. I use paper that has a water mark printed on one side of the paper to make my invoices and other documents stand out.

Manager 5.9 prints invoices on the water marked side
Microsoft word prints on the water marked side
QuickBooks reports prints on the water marked side
MS Paint prints on the water marked side
Every other program I use to print documents with prints on the water marked side EXCEPT! Manager SE

When printing a document direct to printer, it prints on the white side (On invoice screen, press print button)

If I change invoice printing preferences to print to screen first I get the following sequence of events:
1. Print preview screen come up showing invoice preview
2. I press the print icon button
3. A print dialog pops up asking me which printer to print to.
4. This dialog defaults to my default printer which is not my invoice printer, so I change it to my invoice printer.
5. I press print.
6. This invoice is printed on the water marked (proper) side.

There are no printer settings to allow me to print to the other side of the paper first. The only way to do this is to flip the paper around which would affect every other program I print with negatively.
Printing to screen and then printing from the preview and selecting the proper printer is a very inefficient workaround.

I repeat - Mitchell 5.9.112 prints normally.

Any ideas?

Not a system Guru by any means but since this must be a double side printer have you rerun the install into your computer with the new update in it?

The bad printing behavior is exclusive to Manager SE when printing from the invoice screen directly to the printer. It is not a printer driver error.

Support has now tested this and says an issue was identified with the newest version of Crystal Reports. This has to be looked into now by development.

I just tried to run the file and I get an error 'Unable to execute file - gacutil.exe not found - error code 2'

Duplex printing now works great. However, invoice printing is slow as cold molasses. Takes up to 45sec to print. Printing revisions are notably faster, but by no means fast.

Any clues?

No, it was that users specific file I provided him that had a problem.

Just got Manager 6.5 update - duplex printing problem has come back!

Prints on the wrong side of the paper,

Additionally, the duplex function does not even work, prints 2 separate pages rather than front and back.

Major problem.
