Can anyone tell me what kind of reports are available in ProPack. I'm specifically looking for reports by service writer.

Is it possible to do the report "Parts Profit Summary with Excluded categories" by Service Writer?
Also you said you could "Query" a report. Could you Query one that has each service writers labor hours charged and the dollars charged?
