Counter sales
We use a fair bit of counter sales, I have made a couple mistakes by putting what should have been a repair order as a counter sale. is there anyway to change a counter sale to a repair order?

Other than to copy and paste information I don't think so. I have never seen a way to change one to the other, as I don't believe they ever intended it to work this way. I am sure someone will be along to say yes or no for sure.

No, it would have to be cut & paste to RO document then delete Counter Sale.
A Counter Sale is technically an Invoice so it is not possible to go backwards in the manner suggested.

I would not delete the counter sale. I would cut and paste info to the RO. I leave it open on WIP and use it at the next counter sale.
