Coupon Utilization Report Numbers

The Coupon Utilization Report used to be one that I studied every week. Now it's damn near worthless. I need to know the total and average sales for each individual coupon, which I got from the old report. To get that information now I need to manually add the sales one line at a time. The amount of discount taken is not as useful as the dollar amount generated by the promotion. Please make the old report available again.

This issue has been discussed previously (using forum Search is helpful) and the report template already fixed; I suspect you're not on the most current version; what version are you running?

• Coupon Utilization Report:
This report did not fully report the total impact of using Discount Coupons. The updated report displays a breakdown of each invoice that includes a Discount added from the Promo feature. The report also now includes gross totals and averages. The report can be found by clicking on Reports, Management, then selecting ‘Coupon Utilization.’

In looking at the report this morning, I suspect that this release has the old report and not the new one. I will investigate and post what I find out.

It does show the total cost and average amount of discount taken, but not the same information for sales. It line list's the amount of sales per invoice, but there are no sales totals or average invoices for each coupon. I can do the math in my head that a $10 discount on 100 invoices cost me $1000. Manually adding up the sales of those 100 invoices so that I can determine if it was profitable would be onerous.

Okay, this matter has been reviewed and a new version of the Coupon Utilization report will be delivered on a new update by AutoUpdater in the near future.
