US Auto Force integration with Mitchell

US Auto Force must have updated their software - this morning was required to change our password. Now we cannot transfer parts from their system to the Mitchell system. Is anyone else having any problems?

Sharing with tech support to see if there are other incidents.

EDIT: "This one is 100% a vendor issue. They need to contact the vendor."

We wasn't required to change our password and it still transfers OK for us. We use WISE connect. I assume that's what you are using.

Was contacted back by US Auto Force. If anyone else is forced to change the password - you have to go into the vendor set up & change the password in there as well.
