NAPA Autocare Pre-Printed Invoices?

Hi Folks,

I am a NAPA autocare facility and I can get pre-printed invoices from them but I am unable to configure my printer to correspond with the invoices. Are any of you using them? I'm still waiting for an answer from NAPA.

Thanks for the tip. Looks much better now that i found that print setting. However, i still have inv # and original est# being printed in the top right corner, where the warranty information is. Is there a setting i am missing to move/get rid of this??

I'm unfamiliar with the specific format of pre-printed Napa forms. Could you post a pic of the conflict?

Curious.

Has the NAPA form changed recently? The Invoice layout looks unchanged since October of last year.

Looks like some tweaking of that Invoice is in order. That's a job for JD.

Yes thanks I have but neither of them worked. Sorry for the late reply. I'm on the phone with Mitchell right now so hopefully they can sort it out.
