Update to 7.0.7?

Post by DynaBMan »

I am currently running 7.0.3. I checked the ShopKey Autoupdater log and it appears that the updater isn't even trying to look for an update to 7.0.7. The log is empty, no entries. It used to show it connecting to the server, no update found, etc. Now it shows nothing.

Right click on the Updater icon and select Restart. See if that makes a difference.

I should have mentioned that I did that yesterday and there was no change. I even restarted my computer, with the same results. Just restarted it again, with no change.

Then I'd suggest contacting support to make sure all is well.

SE 7.0.7 update notice was sent to everyone using an SE 7.0.x version. (A similar update for security was sent to SE 6.x users as 6.6.12)

The update manager we were using was corrupted. Support was able to get us going in a very timely manner.

I'm on 7.0.3. Should I have been updated by now?

I am still on 6.6.10. Should this have been automatic or do I need to download to 6.6.12? Thanks.
