Also this has been an issue. After transferring a part the order. If there is only one part and you go to parts ordering-price check. It will not let you select an alternate vendor, the button is greyed out. I have to add a second fake part, price check, click on the fake part and then the select alternate vendor button will light up.

Am I the only one struggling to find the part I'm looking for since they changed how the categories are? They literally ruined Repairlink in my opinion.

I agree +1 with above comment.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Official reply from OEC:

Bug Fixes released last night specific to M1 integration:

1. VIN Search will no longer ask question for an attribute
2. Parts will be loaded when added from the Illustration when the back button is clicked
3. Vehicle Attributes will not pop up while returning back from the Cart or Illustration page

We are also working on data updates GM escalations, I do not have firm dates. The goal is to release them by end of Jan.

Is anyone experiencing intermittent loading of the images such as the exploded diagram that was posted in the first page of this thread? The control may appear to load, but the image area remains blank.

I have at times. Thought the issue was on my end. Can't put a finger on when/how it happens

Edit - thinking about this- i believe is mostly with imports.

VIN decodes in Mitchell, go into repairlink and you have to hand enter info. I guess Ford didn't make a 2003 Ranger. So i looked it up as 2004. I am looking to print a photo of the Thermostat housing to explain something to customer. The "thumb nail" photo shows it, when I click on the thumb nail the "enlarged" photo is gray.

You want some one to break it, come to me, i'm your man!

Same issue with example. Has a thumb nail, click on it and the Large photo is gray. I can screen shot if you'd like. The above VIN still wont work, have to enter as 2004 Ranger. I will work on photos. (little nervous, you know how I am, photo will be the size of a road side bill board....)

Yeah the "improvements" aren't progress are they. All the extra vehicle qualifiers when the VIN should supply that info. I am especially frustrated by the "blank screen" phenomenon. The illustration will be blank white or gray and I can see the shading behind the illustration numbers but no image is rendered. I would welcome a more usable system. It's a catalog I use a lot.

Never knew a Chevy Silverado was a BMW 118i. This update is awesome. Also now diagrams will not load.

Before they made these changes I thought the program worked pretty good. It's a total mess now. I hate using it.

Sharing an Update from OEC:

BMW in VIN Attribute:
We found the VIN Attribute issue landed with our data provider. We have sent them our findings & waiting to hear further from them.

Ford Vehicle Coverage:
We are aware of Ford vehicle gaps with the new data feed we are using & working to resolve.

Data Update:
We will have a data update by the end of the month, will send specifics once I have a date.

GM Navigation:
We have changed the navigation for several OEMs. The change to GM is most significant & are evaluating a few options in order to mitigate impact. The suggestion is for users to Keyword search.

Ford wont load pictures in manager. Have to log in on internet explorer to get them to show.
GM is showing parts available in the list of parts but when you go to pictures every number you click on shows no part found
Cadillac VINs will not decode

And if I get another call from Mitchell wanting to sell me more stuff I'm going to lose it. Why would I pay for more add ons when the current ones don't work
